Shipping & Delivery: All Paddle board orders sent via EMS express, delivered in about 5 - 7 days to most countries.
Privacy & Security: We do not distribute customer's data unless made to do so by the Police and Authorities of Japan.
Returns & Replacements: All items are checked before shipping, it's highly unlikely you will receive a damaged item.
However, all items are sent with ful insurance.
NOTE: Please select items carefuly, we do not accept returns of items that have been opened / used.
NOTE: in all cases returned goods will require customer pays postage, postage fee can not be refunded.
Ordering: After payment via Paypal account , Bank wire, or Credit card we will ship your item usually within 3 days.
